Return/Exchange Policy

    1.) Print and Complete the return/exchange form, click here for Return/Exchange form.
    2.) No Returns will be accepted without a copy of the original invoice.
    3.) Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase date will avoid restocking fees after that a 15% restocking fee applies.
    4.) Credits will be on merchandise only and not on sales tax or shipping and handling charges.
    5.) There will be no refunds on electrical parts.
    6.) Send the package pre-paid via Fed Ex, Ups or US Postal Service INSURED. No collect shipments accepted.
    7.) Please return all new products in their original packaging/box.
